Words from the Founder

In 2019, we embarked on a journey to create a knife that's not just beautiful but super effective. 

It all started when we tested a bunch of popular knife brands, looking to upgrade our kitchen arsenal. 
We tried 20 different knives, and none of them had everything we wanted. Some were easy to sharpen but lacked balance or style.
Others looked and cut great but were tough to sharpen or felt unbalanced.

So, we thought, "Why not make our own knife?" It sounded simple, but it turned out to be quite a challenge. 
We went through hundreds of samples, worked with over 10 different manufacturers, and spent a ton of time and effort.

Finally, we had a knife that ticked all the boxes. It's beautiful, a breeze to sharpen, cuts like a dream, and feels perfectly balanced! 
The only hurdle left was getting the word out to everyone about our amazing knife.

That's when we decided to use Kickstarter, a great platform for both professional chefs and home cooks. But we're not marketing experts, we've done everything ourselves, and we hope you can see just how incredible our knife is. Giving you Raw photage without any tricks or cheatcuts.
